Basic Event Coverage includes:

Candid event photography, including all key moments, guests, details, decorations, and more. Feel free to give guidance on what types of images are required.

All edited high-resolution images provided via download link within 7 days, with full commercial usage rights.
Optional Add-Ons:
Instant Photos: $250 + GST per session
Elevate your event with our interactive roaming photography. Guests register via QR code for facial recognition and instantly receive their photos during the event. Perfect for encouraging fun, laughter, and social media sharing!
Next-Day Delivery: $100 + GST per session
Get ALL your event photos professionally edited and delivered within 24 hours, perfect for sharing on social media the next day. This means you'll also get all the blinking shots, and any dodgy ones, but a properly curated gallery will follow within 7 days.
Headshots: $30 + GST per person
Events are a great opportunity to get professional, uniform headshots of your organisation or team! If you've booked event coverage, we can slot in a time for guests to find the headshot station and line up for a few quick snaps.

Includes 2x high-resolution images per person in landscape orientation with room for cropping, and in full colour.
Considerations:

Travel fees may apply beyond the Gold Coast. This will be confirmed prior to booking confirmation.

Headshots are an additional cost due to editing requirements and lighting equipment set-up.
