Event organisers still receive a full set of unbranded event images.

Pricing is based on attendee capacity and expected gallery usage. Larger events naturally generate higher engagement and sponsor visibility.

Our original interactive networking experience designed for multi-day events. It encourages attendees to step out of their bubble, spark new conversations, and build genuine connections – all while giving your brand (or a sponsor’s) unforgettable visibility with a physical branded memento.

How It Works

 

Day 1: Portrait Capture

We approach attendees throughout the first day of the conference and ask if we can take a quick photo of them for a fun networking game. With their consent, we capture a simple portrait they’re happy to share. These people become our 'faces'.
Attendees who participate will also receive a text message with a link to their digital portrait, digitally framed with your event or sponsor branding, ready to share on social media.

Overnight: Branded Keepsakes Created

We print each portrait and adhere them to branded cardstock that you or your sponsor has designed and supplied to match brand aesthetic. We can assist with design and text ideas, and recommend print suppliers.
Suggestion: Simple branding on the front, a conversation-starter question inside, and a QR code that links to an exclusive offer on the back.

​Day 2: Activation Activated!

Suggestion: All framed portraits are displayed on a feature wall at the activation area where they are given out at random via a draw or spinning wheel lottery, or are handed out at random to booth visitors who opt in to participate as 'finders'. Their mission is to find the person in the photo somewhere in the venue, ask them the question in the card, and perhaps posting a selfie with them with a particular hashtag to enter into a prize draw. Depends how complex you'd like the mission to be.

Note: We don't recommend 'finders' choosing the face they'll search for as this could make 'faces' uncomfortable and compromise the game. Best to keep it random!
